How checkout works
- Add items to your cart
Open your cart and choose Checkout.
- Enter your shipping address
Name, email, phone and a US shipping address.
- Pay by card
Enter your card details in Stripe’s secure form on the page.
- Authenticate if asked
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure).
- Get your confirmation
You’ll see your order number. Save it to track your order.
Currency and what you pay
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your checkout total includes items and shipping ($4.99 flat, free on orders of $100 or more). See our Shipping policy.
Payment security
- Card details are entered directly into a form provided by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider — the highest level in the payments industry.
- ALLDINES never sees or stores your full card number or CVC.
- Our whole site is served over encrypted HTTPS.
- Your order total is calculated on our server from listed prices and can’t be altered from the browser.

If your payment doesn’t go through
Common reasons:
- A mistyped card number, expiry date or CVC.
- Insufficient funds or a spending limit.
- Your bank flagged the transaction as unusual.
- 3-D Secure verification wasn’t completed.
Try again or use a different card. If you were charged but your order wasn’t confirmed, contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
What appears on your statement
Charges appear as HUYHIEU LLC or ALLDINES. If you don’t recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can help right away.
