By placing an order at alldines.com, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these Terms of Sale and our related policies (shipping, returns, payment and privacy). If you don’t agree, please don’t place an order.

• You must give accurate, complete information: your name, email, phone number and a US shipping address.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
• Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you see your order number. A binding contract forms when we confirm it.

• Prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order (limited-time price, normally $9.95), free on orders of $100 or more, and is shown at checkout and included in your total.
• You pay by Visa or Mastercard via Stripe. See Payment methods.
• The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Later price changes don’t affect confirmed orders.
• If a price is displayed incorrectly, we may correct it and will contact you before processing any affected order.
• Sales tax isn’t added at checkout at this time. If that changes, we’ll show it before you pay.

We ship within the United States as described in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

Shipping charges are refunded only if we cancel your order or ship a wrong or defective item.

You may exchange or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the conditions in our Returns & refunds policy, which is part of these terms.

We work to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and product images may be illustrative. If an item you receive doesn’t match its description or is defective, our returns policy applies.

Except as expressly stated here or required by law, products and the website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUYHIEU LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This doesn’t limit rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, infrastructure outages or government actions. We’ll notify you and help with a refund if we can’t fulfill your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the US state in which HUYHIEU LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue together; disputes we can’t resolve will be handled in the courts of that state.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order. The “last updated” date is shown at the top of the page.
